Returns and refunds

The DoomsDay Depot accepts requests to return eligible items within 60 calendar days after delivery. This voluntary return policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, complete, and in their original packaging with labels and seals intact. Please provide an order number or other proof of purchase.

Opened food, drinking water, purification tablets, personal-care items, and items with broken hygiene or safety seals are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described, or incorrect items.

Request a return first

Email cgs.create@outlook.com before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Items may ship from different fulfillment partners, so do not return items to the address on the original parcel without instructions. We remain your point of contact for resolving your order.

Return shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping or confirm that no return is required.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include your order number, a description, and photographs if reasonably available. Photographs are helpful but do not replace your legal rights. Keep the packaging while we investigate. A short reporting delay does not automatically remove your rights.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will meet any shorter deadline required by law. If a return is declined, we will explain why.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to discuss an exchange. To request cancellation or an address change, contact us promptly. We will try to stop orders that have not entered fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory warranties, refund rights, cancellation rights, or other consumer protections. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, that law applies.
