Terms of service

These terms govern shopping through The DoomsDay Depot. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy explain additional details. Questions may be sent to cgs.create@outlook.com.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to make purchases or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and payment information. Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or misuse another person’s information.

Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may appear different on screens. Review the exact variant, contents, specifications, and manufacturer’s instructions before ordering. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Preparedness equipment has limits. Follow product instructions and applicable rules. Store content is general product information and is not a substitute for emergency services, professional medical advice, or appropriate training. This statement does not exclude product warranties or our responsibility for accurate descriptions.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the store and at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, and any other known mandatory fees are disclosed before purchase. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not automatically alter orders already accepted.

Orders, availability, and errors

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If stock becomes unavailable, information contains a material error, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you. We will explain available options and refund payments for orders we cancel. We may decline orders for reasonable reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law.

Fulfillment and returns

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may arrive separately. We remain the seller responsible for handling your order enquiries. Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund details are set out in our relevant policies, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Product reviews

Reviews must reflect honest experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. Reviews sourced from other platforms, if displayed, should be identified as such and should not be presented as purchases made through this store.

Intellectual property and third-party links

Store branding and content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Manufacturer marks belong to their owners. Links to outside websites do not make us responsible for those websites’ independent content or policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including processing by Shopify and fulfillment partners.

Consumer protections

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms. The use of fulfillment partners does not remove those rights.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively when posted. They do not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing order. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
