Use the center aluminum top for a camp stove or grill. Side tables and a lower shelf hold cutting boards, plates, and ingredients. Three fabric cupboards keep dry goods, cookware, and extras out of the dust. Hang spatulas, tongs, and ladles on the hooks so they are not sitting in the dirt.

Windscreen and night-light ready
The detachable 3-sided windscreen helps shield the burner and hold heat on a breezy campsite. Take it off when you want a wider open counter. An adjustable lamp pole (typically about 26–48 in) lets you hang a lantern for evening meals.
